CONTRACT TERMS
To officially reserve your deployment slot and secure current subsidy rates within our pipeline, a non-refundable upfront deposit of 50% of the selected plan's fee is required upon signing. The remaining 50% balance is strictly due only after your final assets pass our technical verification process and prior to global launch.
For every distribution plan, distributable royalty revenue is allocated 99% to the creator and 1% to Dylan Yee Studio. The Studio's 1% is a royalty custody, revenue-split maintenance, and administration fee; it covers only the agreed administration and reconciliation work, and does not include unlimited complimentary changes.
As an international independent publishing label, Dylan Yee Studio operates under global freelance and sole-proprietorship frameworks. We issue official Commercial Invoices / Receipts for all digital distribution services to ensure a transparent financial paper trail. Furthermore, to accommodate domestic public school funding structures, we fully cooperate with institutional administrative departments regarding the execution of internal Labor Service Reward Forms or specialized accounting vouchers, guaranteeing seamless financial clearance for all student organizations.
A royalty payout is initiated only when the cumulative payable balance reaches NT$1,000 or US$50, as applicable to the settlement currency. Balances below the threshold roll forward to the next settlement to avoid disproportionate transfer fees and manual administration for very small payouts.
After a release is live, a requested change to release metadata—including title, artist name, credits, artwork, release date, or other release data—requires a one-time administrative fee. The fee and the eligible scope will be confirmed before the change is submitted to the platform.
