CONTRACT TERMS
To officially reserve your deployment slot and secure current subsidy rates within our pipeline, a non-refundable upfront deposit of 50% of the selected plan's fee is required upon signing. The remaining 50% balance is strictly due only after your final assets pass our technical verification process and prior to global launch.
To maximize streaming algorithm visibility, ensure meta-data compounding, and minimize micro-transaction administrative overhead, all distributed tracks are subject to a 12-month lock-in period. No manual revenue withdrawals can be executed during the first fiscal year.
As an international independent publishing label, Dylan Yee Studio operates under global freelance and sole-proprietorship frameworks. We issue official Commercial Invoices / Receipts for all digital distribution services to ensure a transparent financial paper trail. Furthermore, to accommodate domestic public school funding structures, we fully cooperate with institutional administrative departments regarding the execution of internal Labor Service Reward Forms or specialized accounting vouchers, guaranteeing seamless financial clearance for all student organizations.
To prevent excessive cross-border wire transfer fees, intermediary banking deductions, and complex international withholding tax overhead, a minimum cumulative threshold of 200,000 total global streams across all monitored platforms must be achieved before a royalty payout can be initiated. Accumulated balances will safely roll over until this threshold is fully met.
Upon the execution of the initial deposit transfer, the purchasing entity (solo artist, ensemble, or student association) is automatically deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to all terms specified above. Furthermore, this transaction grants Dylan Yee Studio the official right to list the cooperating group or individual within our global artist roster and publishing portfolio for promotional, archival, and case-study purposes.
